How can I track my delivery?

To get the latest status of your order, please reference our tracking website. Paste your tracking code in the 'Tracking Number' field and click 'Track a package'.

Where do your products ship from?

We have a variety of warehouses across the global to ensure items arrive in a timely manner. Your item's shipping location may vary based on the type of product or your shipping address. If you require your item to be shipped from a specific country, please reach out so we can best accommodate. Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the increase in shipping volume, delivery time may be impacted, reference the table below for the latest delivery estimates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the strains produced on the transit system due to a variety of factors, orders may be delayed— but rest assured we will keep you updated if any delays are expected and do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping varies on the selected product, but is estimated between:

  • 4 - 18 business days for USA 
  • 8 - 18 business days for Canada
  • 12 - 25 business days for the rest of the world

      Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

      Because we are partnering with multiple partners, you may receive your order in more than one parcel and on different days.

      I made a mistake while ordering

      Please email us so we can remedy the situation. If you have ordered the incorrect item, we can correct this within 24 hours of the order date. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours and we will cancel and process a full refund back through the payment method you chose at checkout.

      What happens if my order goes missing?

      Orders are only ever truly lost in exceedingly rare instances. In cases where an order is delayed, typically this is due to a mix up after the package has left our warehouse. Rest assured we will always work with our customers to assist in tracking the package. In the event something happens to your package, we will process a full refund to your payment method within 30 business days of ordering.
