How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship most orders within 1 business day of the order being placed.

USPS takes an average of 2-5 days to deliver orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please immediately email support@chiclane.shop and provide the Order Number of the order you wish to cancel.

We will cancel your order and refund the payment method you used for the full value of the order if we have not yet shipped your order.

If we have already shipped your order by the time that we process your email, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.

What carrier do you use to ship orders?

We ship orders via USPS.

How can I track my delivery?

To get the latest status of your order, please enter the Tracking Number you received via email into the USPS Tracking Website.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products ship from our primary warehouse in Kansas.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship to the entire United States, as well as internationally.

What do you charge for shipping?

All orders to addresses within the United States ship free!

You can select expedited shipping to addresses within the United States at the time of checkout for an additional $2.99.

Shipping for orders to addresses outside of the United States costs $25.
