How The Chic Lane has adapted to the current situation:

Chic Lane is committed to ensuring a safe and seamless experience for all parties working tirelessly to deliver your product in a timely manner. Orders may be delayed due to external pressures, but rest assured, orders typically arrive within 4 - 10 business days (for orders originating in the USA). 

We have ensured that our suppliers are taking the required steps to handle your package with care by using protective care at all stages in your order.

Where do you operate?

We are based in in Chicago, IL! As a proud American company, we strive to positively impact that communities around us which is why pledge to donate 25% of ALL profits to local charities. Learn more by reading Our Giving Pledge or sending us an email at hello@chiclane.shop  

Where do your products ship from?

We have a variety of warehouses across the global to ensure items arrive in a timely manner. Your item's shipping location may vary based on the type of product or your shipping address. If you require your item to be shipped from a specific country, please reach out so we can best accommodate. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the strains produced on the transit system due to a variety of factors, orders may be delayed— but rest assured we will keep you updated if any delays are expected and do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping varies on the selected product, but is estimated between:

  • 4 - 18 business days for USA 
  • 8 - 18 business days for Canada
  • 12 - 25 business days for the rest of the world

        Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

        Because we are partnering with multiple partners, you may receive your order in more than one parcel and on different days.

        What forms of payment do you accept?

        We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover and American Express.

        Can I track my order?

        Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

        What if I want to return an item?

        Here at Chic Lane customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out so we can remedy the situation. 

        It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

        We can refund your item if the product is severely damaged or has a manufacturing defect (within 14 days of the delivery date). Additionally, if you receive the incorrect item we can also process a free return.

          If any of the above has happened, please contact us at support@chiclane.shop. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.

          In the interests of hygiene, we cannot return any bath products that have already been used.
